Funds that, by prospectus and portfolio practice, seek relatively high current income and growth of income through investing 65% or more of their portfolios in dividend-paying equity securities. These fund's gross yield (or net yield) must be at least 125% of the U.S. diversified equity funds universe gross-yield (or net-yield) average.
