CTI adapter
A lightweight software program that controls the appearance and behavior of a Salesforce.com SoftPhone. The adapter acts as an intermediary between a third-party computer telephony integration (CTI) system, Salesforce. com, and a Salesforce CRM Call Center user. It must be installed on any machine that needs access to Salesforce CRM Call Center functionality.
