victim of trafficking
Any natural person who has been subject to trafficking in persons, or who the competent authorities, including the designed non -governmental organizatins where applicable, reasonably believe is a victim of trafficking in persons, regardless of wheter the perpetrator is identified, apprehended, prosecuted or covicted.
